Board and Training Rate

Board Rates

•  Basic Board..................$675.00 Per Month Plus Sales Tax *Until Indoor is complete then board will be $825.00 per month
•  Training Board..............$1350.00 Per month Plus Sales Tax
•  Sale Board...................$1350.00 Per month Plus Sales Tax and Advertising Fees
•  Retirement/In Active Owner Board.........$975.00 per month plus tax

Basic Board Includes

•  Two feedings a day of up to 6 Quarts of farm supplied feed and owners supplied supplements
•  Grass mix hay up to 8 flakes per day
•  Daily cleaning of stall.
•  Stalls Bedded with shavings
•  Daily group turn-out in suitable weather
•  Use of Facility during operating hours

Training board Includes

•  Basic Board
•  4-5 training sessions per week or as determined by trainer

Retirement/In Active Owner Board

•  Basic Board
•  Weekly Grooming
•  Fly Spray as necessary
•  Does not include: Blanketing, booting, vet or farrier handling fees or anything other then listed

 Sale Board

•   Training Board
•   Maintenance Clipping, bathing and mane pulling as needed
•   Blanketing and booting as needed
•   Presentation to potential buyers as scheduled through trainer
•   An additional 10% commission of sale price to be paid by horse owners/seller to Old Field Farm/Trainer upon sale of horse
•   This Commission is not included in the sale board rate.  Board or any other fees including advertising, horse shows, vet and
•   farrier fees are not deductible from the commission.

Lesson and Training Fees

•   Private Lesson   $40.00 *min of 30 minutes, depending on level of rider etc.
•   Training Rides    $40.00 per ride for boarders  $55.00 per ride for non Boarders ad evaluation rides.
•   All horses coming in for training must have an evaluation ride before hand.

Leases:  Full lease is cost of board & blacksmith.  Allows rider to use horse 3 days a week, one day per week must be lesson. lease does not include lessons, equipment or supplies.
